Manager / Lead, Logistics Performance Apac

About the opportunity

We are looking for a Manager / Lead, Operations to work in our regional APAC team. You will be responsible for supporting the APAC countries to provide a better experience to our customers through more efficient logistics.

What you will do
- Lead a team of logistics analysts, managing regional projects across 11 APAC markets to enhance logistics performance, with a focus on improving customer experience and retention.
- Optimize operational performance during market imbalances by adjusting pricing, delivery flow, and customer choice.
- Transform large data sets into visualizations to inform decision-making and analyze KPIs to enhance delivery setup and overall operational performance, aiming to elevate customer experience.
- Drive product strategy and feature development to enhance logistics operations.
- Develop and execute the logistics strategy, challenging the status quo, and driving innovative improvements in the logistics and operations ecosystem.

What you need to be successful
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, economics, or any other quantitative field (STEM)
- You have at least 5 years of work experience in operations or a high growth start-up
- You have strong leadership and communication skills, work independently and are reliable
- You are process-oriented and data-driven
- You have strong analytical skills, ability to extract & analyze data, and presenting concise and actionable insights; SQL experience is a plus
- You have a depth of knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sectors
- You are driven and ambitious
- You are proactive and can lead projects independently, end-to-end
- You are highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Experience working in high-volume fast-paced environment is preferred
- You are confident and comfortable with questioning the status quo when needed
- You are dynamic and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
