A regional manager role to monitor, control and report on project performance for International Supply Chain.
**PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create a Project Management Office for FSC International to monitor, control and report on project performance.
- Develop competencies, set standards and methodologies, maintains and ensures project delivery at the right cost, right time and right quality.
- Manage multiple projects from start to completion working with various stakeholders.
- Create business case combining people, process and technology to meet financial goals.
- Lead strategic projects to deliver long term returns and value creation.
- Manage staff in multiple international locations to deliver short and long term goals.
- Manage customer and vendor interfaces.
- Create management reports and presentations to represent business internally and externally.
- Collaborate with various teams to assess, design and deliver solutions.
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE**
Academic:

- Master Degree in Science

Experience, knowledge & attribute:

- At least 10 years of relevant experience in customer facing and project management roles.
- Fluent in English and one other relevant business language.
- Comfortable with technology and experience with hardware or software development.
- Have worked in international setting, managing people and project delivery in international markets.
