
HR Manager

The incumbent will report directly to the company's Managing Director and be incharge of all regional HR activities of the various offices.
**Key Responsiblities**:
- Responsible for anchoring Group's HR operations, including quality delivery of essential HR services (C&B, employee relations, performance management etc.
- Serve as a liaison to and work closely with business units and stakeholders to support business operations.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including sortlisting, organising interviews, on-boarding & orientation, managing probation periods, off-boarding, exit interviews etc.
- Recommend changes and improvements to policies & internal processes to support business growth.
- Keep up to date with employment laws across all regional offices and ensure policies and practices are regularly updated as needed.
- Update policy documents including Employee Handbook as needed in-line with company changes.
- Plan and manage staff training budget & schedule as required.
- Liaise with Admin & Finance Departments as needed on employee records including new hires, resignations, leave balance etc.
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team.
- Champion employee engagement and company culture initiatives, reinforcement of internal communications and employee relations.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Diploma in Management, Human Resources or similar field
- Minimum 5 years experience as a HR Manager, HR Business Partner or similar
- Personal traits: Friendly, approachable, kind, firm, able to work independently, uses initiative
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
