**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and fill positions efficiently.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Foster a positive workplace environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Address employee grievances and mediate disputes as necessary.
- **Training and Development**:

- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust as needed.
- **Compensation and Benefits**:

- Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Evaluate and recommend competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- **Policy and Compliance**:

- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulations.
- **Performance Management**:

- Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate and improve employee productivity.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and improvement plans.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
