Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of the finance function and HR functions such as payroll, contracts administration, business partnering with the different stakeholders to achieve business objectives. You will play an active role in driving key reports and projects including system improvements, tightening of internal controls and improving SOPs. You are required to be hands-on with operational activities and play a part in creating insightful reports where your inputs will be instrumental to management strategic planning and decision-making.

Take lead in the recruitment process for our Agency. Oversee the staff policy development, the co-ordination of training and general staff well-being. Overall, the position will be split into approximately 70% finance and 30% HR tasks. This role requires to work on Singapore market while overseeing Malaysia operations with local market support.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Financial Management**
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions.
- Work closely with the Accountant and Auditors for financial reports and submission to relevant authorities.
- Ensure a clear and transparent paper trail is in place for all financial transactions.
- Work with the Director to develop annual budget and review them on quarterly basis.
- Prepare monthly financial report.
- Prepare the monthly payroll list and payments for staff salaries.
- Ensure the company is in a healthy financial position.

**Human Resource Management**
- Own day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, salary and benefits management, retirement administration, documentation and compliance, employee relations.
- Onboard new staff, including employment letters, benefits, retirement.
- Offboard staff who are leaving the organisation.
- Maintain personnel files.
- Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits.
- Prepare letters to employees to reflect their hiring, contract renewal, promotion and departure from the organisation.
- Update Employee Handbook to ensure that HR procedures and policies are in line with local government regulations.
- Work with team leads to handle all employee HR-related issues ensuring that the correct procedure is followed on disciplinary action and grievance procedures.

**Minimum working experience in the same role: 3 years with relevant qualifications**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
