  • Provide sound HR advice on all strategic people matters to enable the business units to achieve their business objectives.
  • Actively work with the relevant HR Teams (Talent Management, Learning & Organisation Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services) to continuously review areas of improvement of HR policies, benefits, programs, and processes
  • Actively participate and lead the review/enhancement of HR operational efficiency and standard operating process
  • Collaborate with the relevant HR Teams to deliver the annual HR cycles, initiatives, and strategic projects
  • Act as the point of contact for HR Senior/Associates on the escalation of complex employee matters
  • Provide support in escalated operational HR matters, including performance management, employment relations, HR processes, and systems
  • Provide leadership to the HR Senior/Associates under your care to operationalize HR administration and delivery whilst ensuring consistency across the Company/Business Units and compliance with the local regulatory requirements
  • Coach and develop HR Senior/Associates under your care and provide performance management feedback as a people manager

Qualifications

  • Preferably has a valid IHRP-SP certification
  • Preferably Bachelor's degree in human resources or a business-related field
  • 10 or more years of experience in HR business partnering or equivalent role
  • In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organizational policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus
