**HR Generalist**

This position is based in Singapore and reports to the Head of HR, Asia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for supporting full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, exit, benefits administration, and compensation, updating, and maintaining confidential information in HR Information system
- Responsible for recruitment activities such as job posting, sourcing, arranging interviews, job offers.
- Ensure the HR practices are in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters

**Requirement**:

- Min. Relevant Diploma, Degree in Business/HRM preferred
- Proven working experience as HR Executive/Generalist with 2+ years of experience.
- Proficient in employment act, government regulatory guidelines
- Positive working attitude, team player, able to work independently
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel & Word, Experience in HRMS preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
