**About the job**:
- Red Hat Asia Pacific is looking for a Commercial Marketing Lead to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for overall marketing strategy and planning for the Commercial segment in ASEAN countries to drive awareness, consideration and acquisition that aligns to sales motions and partner plays.As the Commercial Marketing Lead, you are expected to straddle strategy and execution. To succeed in this role, you need to be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, have the ability to distill priorities, and be exceptional at rallying cross-functional teams to deliver on expected outcomes.You will bring focus and energy as a point of consolidation and orchestration for Red Hat’s marketing investments to drive demand for the Commercial segment - across Corporate, Territory and Emerging. This role requires you to drive cross-group collaboration to deliver a coherent, connected and effective marketing plan across ASEAN
- ** **& APAC.In addition, you will lead cadence with business and marketing leadership to provide clarity and drive alignment on marketing performance, priorities and marketing contribution. Your scope extends to engagements with lead management, market development, inside-sales and partner ecosystem stakeholders to ensure robust lead progression and funnel velocity that support the delivery of expected outcomes.**What you will do**:
- Manage the marketing strategy and initiatives to align with the goals of the commercial business in your region, with consideration for the differing needs and priorities across corporate, territory and emerging sub segments.
- Own the marketing contribution targets and KPIs for the commercial business in your region
- Lead cadence of marketing performance with regional commercial leaders and sales teams to ensure clarity and alignment on funnel health, priorities and marketing contribution.
- Orchestrate marketing resources and programs across teams to effectively position Red Hat solutions and services across the region, generate demand and increase market share in order to help the commercial business achieve their goals
- Ensure the integration of to, with and through partner ecosystem programs in the overall commercial marketing strategy and plans for your region, and drive lead-pass and follow-up mechanisms to close the loop on demand gen ROI.
- Determine which central programs - including cross-sell and up-sell, renewal and adoption, net new demand gen, digital always-on - are appropriate to deploy for your region
- Identify, create and execute marketing programs and campaigns specific to priorities in your region, outside of centralized programs that are ready to deploy
- Own, track, and present campaign results, measuring program success and reporting metrics through common dashboards
**What you will bring**:
- At least 8 years of experience in B2B tech marketing in APAC that, ideally, includes segment, field and/or partner ecosystem marketing roles.
- Successful track record of building and executing segment-specific marketing strategies with clear goals and objectives that align with business priorities and support revenue targets.
- Interested in building strategy, plans and programs from the ground up, with a thorough understanding of integrated demand gen in B2B that makes you comfortable in ambiguous environments.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills to provide clarity and drive alignment across business and marketing leadership, as well as effectively drive cross-group collaboration at the operational level.
- Strong analytical mindset, with an understanding of data and segmentation that enables you to call on support from the analytics team to derive insights for better marketing programs and performance.
- Excellent project management and orchestration skills.
- Knowledge and experience with SMB and mid-market is highly desirable
