**Job Purpose
The Commercial Lead will lead the Consumer Health Care sales and marketing organization for driving sales and marketing activities. He/She will provide leadership and strategic direction in order to support a wide portfolio of business of both sales and marketing activities and develop creative means to serve differentiated markets ranging from direct and indirect customers.

The Business Unit Head if also responsible in providing supervision and support to ensure overall functional effectiveness, operational excellence, profit maximisation, achievement of targeted market share and coverage, talent capability building,while maintaining compliance within the company’s policies and industry regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner and build strong collaboration with leadership team and stakeholders (internal and external) to build an optimal sales force and marketing strategies in alignment of overall business vision and objectives.
- Establish and co-ordinate the national sales and marketing objectives, policies and programs within the context of the overall strategic plan and, where appropriate, recommends standards and set targets.
- Co-develop both short-term and longer-term plans to anticipate market trends and stakeholders’ needs.
- Provide strategic direction in overall planning, administering, and managing day to day activities and internal commercial process to ensure adherence to local legal/regulatory compliance of marketing materials
- Drive digital transformation within business unit team to enhance customer connections by evaluating effectiveness of the digital strategy and leveraging on digital platform
- Optimize the team structure to support the emerging needs; drive productivity and allocate resources in accordance with Country priorities, in a timely manner.
- Manage function operational efficiency including staffing, hiring, training and individual development plan based on current and future business needs while forming a collaborative, passionate and high-performing team culture
- Set a compelling leadership tone and direction and co-establish vision for business.
- Responsible for setting clear expectations and evaluating compliance to company’s Regulatory Standards and Promotional Policies for all members in the team.
- Promote and ensure team adhere to Zuellig Pharma’s core values when carrying out day-to-day responsibilities and interactions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business / Finance / Science.
- More than 9 years of Pharma / consumer health care experience.
- People Management.
- Strong Communication Skills (Both Verbal and Written).
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to influence and manage a complex set of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability in Budgeting and Forecasting.
- Ability to understand and analyse financial data and business analytics.
- Ability in adapting under dynamic business environment.
