
Administrative Assistant, Procurement

Assist the Procurement Manager in his duties and responsibilities.
- Ensure purchase orders are processed within specified time in line with the KPI.
- To check that all purchase prices are correct and correspond with the order confirmation by the vendors.
- To check all PO for accuracy before releasing it to the Procurement Manager to sign and approve.
- Maintain proper records of all PO files.
- To assist the Senior Executive Officer in managing the department during his/her absence.
- Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Higher NITEC or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
