Procurement Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team.
About the Job
This is a key position within our organization, responsible for facilitating smooth buying processes, including negotiation and supply chain management. As a Procurement Specialist, you will work closely with buyers to provide administrative support, assist in issuing and tracking purchase orders, and maintain accurate records in the procurement system.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with buyers to provide administrative support and facilitate buying processes.
- Assist buyers in issuing and tracking purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records in the procurement system.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Experience with ERP systems, SAP, and VBA is an asset.
