The position of Procurement Administrator is available.
The role involves managing the company's purchase orders, coordinating with vendors and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities include:
- Compiling and tracking purchase orders
- Issuing official purchase orders to vendors
- Matching purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices
- Receiving and updating items into the system
- Distributing purchase orders after vendor signature
The candidate will also be responsible for liaising with vendors on discrepancies and performing administrative tasks as assigned.
To succeed in this role, applicants should possess:
- A NITEC or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A positive working attitude and ability to work independently
