1. Purchasing Work:Assist the purchasing manager in supplier development, screening, and evaluation. Collect supplier information and establish and maintain the supplier database. Be responsible for the preparation, review, and tracking of purchase orders to ensure their accuracy and timely delivery. Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock in a timely manner according to demand to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

2. Administrative Work:Handle the daily administrative affairs in the office, such as document sorting, filing, and storage, as well as the procurement, distribution, and management of office supplies. Arrange meetings, prepare meeting materials, take meeting minutes, and follow up on the implementation of relevant matters. Coordinate the communication and collaboration among various departments within the company to ensure the smoothness of the work process.

3. Document and Data Management:Organize and save purchasing - related documents, such as contracts, quotations, invoices, etc., to ensure the integrity and traceability of the documents. Assist in the statistics and analysis of purchasing data to provide data support for purchasing decisions. Maintain administrative documents and records, such as employee files, attendance records, etc.

4. Other Work:Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors, assist other departments in related work, and actively participate in various activities organized by the company.
