**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead sales process optimization for your market through process mapping, analysis, and redesign
- Examine process flow to identify opportunities for improvement, estimate impact and investment required, and partner with key stakeholders to define the should-be process
- Project manage end-to-end process optimization from requirement scoping to implementation
- Increase understanding and adoption of core and critical processes across key audiences - executives, process owners, and partners
- Define problem statements and collaborate with technical partners to build solutions that scale
- Assist with ongoing development of training material for end users
- Develop reports and dashboards to actively monitor tool usage and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support analysis and assessment of new tools that can help the team continue to scale and automate processes
- Surface learnings and best practices to the global Program Management team

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 5+ years experience in business / customer operations, technical project management, or program management (specifically within SMB and advertising preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce and Outreach strongly preferred (Bonus: experience with Medallia and Gong administration)
- English proficiency
- Ability to establish shared goals and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
- Experience in project managing the end-to-end delivery of large-scale process redesign or systems implementation
- Strong analytical skills; experience breaking down ambiguous data problems to deliver insights
- Ability to meet rigorous deadlines and balance multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of productivity and detail orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
