About the Team
At TikTok, our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. The SMB Regional Marketing Team's purpose is to make TikTok the most relevant growth platform for small and medium sized businesses, providing education, guidance and showcasing success. As part of the Global SMB Team, the Regional Business Marketing Team works in close collaboration with the Sales and Product teams, becoming the champions of SMB audiences, continually optimizing performance driven messaging strategies and customer journeys. We are creative entrepreneurs at heart, ready to dig in and capitalize on the potential and opportunities of the platform and its creative community.

**Responsibilities**:
- Work with SMB Sales, Product and Marketing partners and Global marketing stakeholders to understand global and regional content needs and measurement frameworks
- Work closely with XFN partners and regional SMB stakeholders to communicate Agency related products and content strategy plans to the local markets and SMB sales team.
- Develop Agencies specific product focused contents in different formats - testing and learning to continuously refine approach and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal research teams, enterprise marketing and other internal partners to craft content strategies and narrative development informed by research and messaging priorities
- Identify and package successful regionally led platform content strategy approaches for scaling into / across other regions.
- Build local distribution strategy, localize content and land customer playbooks from PMM, with building local case studies/proofpoints
- Partner closely with other SMB marketing teams (Upper Funnel and Marketing Campaigns team) to acquire agencies, create enablement programs and initiatives (ie. Partnership needs for agency events, Programs for Agency)
- Build educational content to enable Media and Performance Agencies, SMB Agencies, Independent Agencies, Creative Agencies, Social Agencies to further adopt products that are beneficial and relevant to helping agencies deliver better results for their clients.
- Oversee the execution of narratives, playbook and content strategy through the management of third party vendors / agencies
- Report on agency programming and content strategy success, opportunities and refinements
- Manage campaign budgets related to agency content programming and initiatives
**Qualifications**:
- 4-8 years of experience in a strategy or content strategy role
- A deep understanding of the Small & Medium Business industry and the digital advertising landscape in APAC or across several markets in APAC.
- Experience within a top tier creative agency, brand creative group, online advertising or a strategy role within a technology company
- Experience designing and executing content strategies across multiple channels and analyzing content strategy performance
- Expert written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract concepts
- Ability to identify opportunities, meet timelines with strong project management skills and independently lead ideation and execution
- Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to build, manage and influence agencies / virtual teams (e.g. partners, agencies, remote marketing teams) and interface effectively with and influence different management levels.
- Have a strong understanding and knowledge of both independent and leading network media, creative, social or performance agencies across APAC
