Content Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Content Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective content strategies that align with our brand's objectives and resonate with our target audience. You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and business growth through compelling and engaging content across various digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute content strategies for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, to effectively communicate key brand messages and product/service benefits.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including designers and strategists, to ensure the development and implementation of digital campaigns that align with overall brand objectives.
- Create concise, attention-grabbing, and persuasive copy that captivates the audience, while adhering to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Write and edit engaging content for social media posts, captions, hashtags, and advertising campaigns, utilizing SEO/SEM strategies to optimize content visibility and consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, conducting research to inform content creation and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually compelling and cohesive digital assets that align with the content and overall campaign objectives.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance, identify trends, and propose recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the target audience, their preferences, and behaviors to tailor content and campaigns effectively.
- Proofread and ensure accuracy of all copy, including grammar, spelling, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record as a Copywriter or Content Strategist in social media or advertising agencies, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Demonstrated success in creating compelling, engaging, and results-driven social media content for various platforms.
- Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Must be proficient in Mandarin for reading and writing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and their implementation to drive content visibility and ranking.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to optimize content performance.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas for content creation and campaigns.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
