**Export Manager - APAC**:
**About the job**:
We are looking for an Export Manager to join Fratelli Branca to be based in APAC Region. The successful individual will have previous experience in a Commercial environment and ideally will have experience within Wines and Spirits background.
This is an exciting and varied role involving regular travel and will be looking after the third-party distributor network across the APAC region (i.e., Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, Philippines, India ), reporting to EMEA, APAC Commercial Director. Other key internal relationships for this role will be with the Global Export Marketing Teams, Regional Finance Teams, Innovation, Logistics and Supply Chain.
APAC is part of emerging markets for Branca, a mix of established and promising categories within the Region: for example, APAC is relatively new to the Bitters category but is the Region with the highest rate of value growth globally. Also, there is a very exciting regional trend in premium coffee liqueurs, led by Australia / New Zealand and Japan. And finally, there is a well-known love of Brandy across the region which is showing a strong premiumization trend and an opportunity perhaps for foreign imported brands? Our ambition is to continue to grow double digit in the next 5 years, being among the fastest growing globally.

**Key responsibilities for the role are**:
Manage the distribution network within the area, establishing strong relationships and engagement that deliver the business plans and performance promise (annual and 5-year plan).
Ensure delivery of Profit and NSV (turnover) targets while managing risks and opportunities throughout the year.
Develop market/brand strategies and innovation plans ensuring the continuous growth of the region.
Challenge and build annual brand plans ensuring brand strategies and growth models are aligned between distributors and global export marketing teams, driving brand equity and share.
Negotiate and agree contracts, budgets, and objectives with distributors’ executive boards (approved by Regional Director).
Understand and deliver the pricing strategy for each brand and explore ways to optimise value chains.
Build distributor’s capabilities in the areas of marketing/brand building, outlet segmentation and prioritization, Sales and Operations planning, other.
**Essential skills required for this role are**:
- Good fluency of English
- Proven experience within Commercial or Marketing
- Strong commercial acumen
- Knowledgeable experience within Wines and Spirits or Food and Beverages
- Flexibility to travel (approx. 30% time abroad)
