**Responsibilities**:

- Required team manage and control for whole Import / Export operations
- Planning and organizing day to day air / ocean shipment of export cargo ( FCL/LCL )
- Liaises and Coordinate with the Carriers, NVOCC and VOC/ Co-loaders for IMPORT / Export shipment bookings accordingly
- Manage and develop relations with oversea suppliers, and lead the sourcing and expansion of products categories
- Assist in obtaining of necessary licences and permits in relating to import telecommunication equipments
- Support the shipment hand over and local logistics issues after shipments released from customs to ensure the timely and safe delivery to designated location

**Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma or related discipline
- Strong supervisory and people management skills
- Understanding of shipping operations (import and export)
- Able to multi-task, meet timeline and work under pressure
- Able to travel as job requires
- Possess good communication & time management skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive work attitude and good team player
