  • As an Export Manager for an MNC Company based in Gurugram and Bangalore, you will be responsible for designing and executing suitable Sales & Marketing strategies. Your role will involve business development for natural stones such as granite and marbles. You will scout and develop new dealers, distributors, and business partners in the international market. It is essential to have good communication skills and knowledge of current export laws and regulations. Your decision-making and management skills will be crucial in this role.You will be required to plan and execute ATL/BTL activities within agreed budgets and timelines as per specific country requirements. Coordinating export-related issues with operations, supply chain, and finance departments to ensure smooth execution of export orders will be part of your responsibilities. Extensive travel to overseas markets for business development and promotion is expected.Additionally, you will handle new product launches, implement competitive selling programs/strategies, and liaise with export promotion councils, embassies, and trade fairs authorities to identify potential importers, buyers, and distributors. Assisting the Director in traveling and supporting the talent acquisition department will also be part of your duties.To excel in this role, you should have 4-9 years of experience in the industry, particularly in ceramics, granites, and natural stones. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an MBA/PGDM will be preferred. Knowledge of additional languages like Spanish, French, or Arabic will be advantageous.If you possess key skills such as export management, knowledge of natural stones, ATL/BTL activities, proficiency in French and Spanish languages, business development, and export merchandising, this role offers a competitive salary ranging from 4 LPA to 7.5 LPA.We look forward to welcoming a proactive and dynamic Export Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our export/import/merchandising operations.,
