Singapore Starmed Specialist Centre Full time

StarMed is a one-stop day-surgery and multi-disciplinary medical centre that offers quality day surgeries and diagnostic services at competitive private sector prices. We are now looking for a customer service repsentative to ensure our visitors and patients needs are well-taken care of at our centre.
- Be the first point of contact for all our visitors, which include walk-ins, patients, doctors, and internal staff
- Perform high-touch concierge services such as but not limited to greetings, visitor registration, escorting, attending to queries, and etc.
- Perform personalised service to all visitors and patients
- Creating good experience for the patients and visitors during their time in the centre
- To respond to any feedback relating to the centre, or its service in a professional manner
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be comfortable being in a customer-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant, Professional, Presentable, and has a Positive attitude
- Previous experience in customer service position will be advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
