**Job Description**:
Miraco Nutripharm is hiring for the position of Customer Experience Executive.

As we relocate our office premises, Miraco Nutripharm is also revitalising our organizational structure and culture. We are looking for customer orientated, experimental and resourceful team players to join us in navigating the changing landscape of healthcare in Singapore and the region.

This role of Customer Experience Executive is part of the Customer Experience and Business Operations team. You will work closely with the Business Development team to execute business strategies and with the Business Operations Business Unit to ensure our smooth operations and continuous growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer enquiries and feedback from various channels to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Reach out to existing and potential B2B and B2C customers to convey product information and drive sales
- Process orders, invoices and quotations through SAP in a timely and accurate manner
- Collect, document and analyse customer data to build and maintain CRM
- Manage and optimise stock inventory by coordinating import and export shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders and packaging products alongside our Warehouse & Fulfilment team
- Update and analyse sales reports to suggest and execute initiatives to increase revenue

**Requirements**:

- Experience in SAP and CRM software will be an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Customer service and relationship building skills with sales orientation
- Interest and ability to learn about health supplements
- Responsible, meticulous, well-organized, innovative, resourceful and has initiative
- Positive attitude, believes in continuous learning and improvement, as well as proper documentation through SOPs
- Able to work independently as well as with a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
