
Account Manager, Indonesia and Emerging Markets

**Account Manager, Indonesia and Emerging Markets Responsibilities**:
- Drive revenue growth for our organization and the businesses we support
- Be an expert in Meta's solutions for businesses of all sizes and tailor recommendations strategically to suit varying client needs
- Improve performance of our clients marketing spend in a client-centric manner
- Align clients key performance indicators (KPIs) with Meta solutions to drive incremental value
- Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experiences
- At least 4+ years of relevant experience in account management, brand management, performance marketing, digital marketing, media agency, sales or consulting
- Ability to build effective relationships and work with stakeholders across various levels (C-level, mid-management working level, etc.)
- Ability to partner and collaborate effectively and contribute to success of the team
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to details
- Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English required as the role manages clients whose usual business language is Bahasa Indonesia and English
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experiences related to advertising agency, sales, digital marketing or account management experience with knowledge of the digital advertising landscape highly preferred
- Familiarity with Meta's advertising solutions and/or any other digital advertising solutions
- Experience in managing clients in Emerging Markets is a plus (e.g. Bangladesh, Cambodia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan)
- Knowledge of the digital advertising landscape in Indonesia and/or Emerging Markets is a plus
