**Responsibilities**:

- Construct and deliver go-to-market strategies and execute marketing campaigns, events and approaches for the Indonesia market
- Take end-to-end ownership of B2B marketing strategies for Indonesia market
- Plan and implement targeted campaigns through various media channels for lead generation - this includes (but not limited to) events, digital marketing, social media, etc.
- Manage marketing funnel and analyse metrics result, reporting them accordingly to measure effectiveness and propose solutions for future marketing strategies
- Utilise and efficiently manage allocated marketing budget and measure ROI of programs accordingly for Indonesia market
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed in a timely manner
- Provide support to cross-functional teams for successful events and webinars in Indonesia market

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any relevant fields
- At least 4 years of working experience in Branding and Marketing roles, preferably within the Payments industry
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia - both verbal and written
- Well-versed in digital marketing activities
Familiar with the Payments industry - especially B2B payment solutions
- Goal-oriented, critical thinker and proactive with initiatives
Possess great analytical and problem solving skills
