**CRITERIONS**
- Business develop to funnel in targeted business owners
- Resonate with business owners over initial visit and/or phone call
- Strong prospecting ability (call, meet)
- Build trust and maintain a strong relationship with business owners
- Sharpen and fine tine business development tactics
- Achieve company objectives and targets
- Prioritize over the 5 focused segments; Finance, Education, F&B, Healthcare, Technology
- Spearhead business matching events
- Spearhead membership club events
- Develop a business acumen in identifying successful business owners
- Undertake any new assigns
- Team player

**CREDENTIALS**
- 3-5 years of experience in similar role, with a strong SME business owners’ network
- Proven track record of effecting successful business development strategies
- Conversant in English, Mandarin, Dialect
- Paper Qualification is not the key
**COMPENSATION**
- Basic + Commission + Bonus + Employee Share option
- S$30K-60K annually
