
Business Development Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Business Growth**: Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities. Present, promote, and demonstrate our security system solutions to clients. Prepare and negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals to meet revenue goals.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through ongoing engagement.
- **Market & Product Knowledge**: Stay informed of current security technology trends, market developments, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings and advise customers.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s performance and growth strategy.
- **Event Participation (Added Advantage)**: Support marketing initiatives by participating in industry events, roadshows, and exhibitions to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- **Administrative work**: Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing documentation tailored to client needs. Respond to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to operations.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Administration or relevant qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (especially in security, tech, or B2B sectors) is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results under mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in preparing professional proposals, pricing, and sales documents.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
