Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager at TAKACHIA, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence through strategic B2B initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities for local and overseas dealership expansion.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential business partners.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
- Developing and implementing effective B2B sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
- Negotiating and closing business deals to drive revenue growth.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the cycling or related industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the cycling market and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development.
- Proven success in expanding market share and driving revenue growth.
