- Customers are mainly from Biopharma industry.
- Win new customers while maintaining good relationship with existing customers.
- Work closely with the internal teams, especially the sales support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Take the lead for commercial matters during customer audits.
- Ensure prompt payment from customers.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in Logistics, Chemicals and Biopharma industry is an added advantage.
