**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships**
- **Identify new business segments and improve sales**
- **Develop goals and business growth and ensuring they are met**
- **Work closely with florist team on development of proposals and quotations**
- **Assist with operations when required**

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years proven track record in sales development or sales marketing, preferably in Events or Luxury Retail
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

- Able to work well independently as well as in a team
- Driving License an added advantage
