**Market-Specific Training**:Customize training programs to address market-specific needs and nuances in both Singapore and Malaysia.

**Training Calendar**:Collaborate with store managers and HR teams to establish a yearly training calendar that covers key retail initiatives and product launches.

**Qualifications**:
**Retail Experience**:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail training capacity, with a solid understanding of retail operations and customer service.

**Training Expertise**:Proven track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee performance and customer satisfaction.

**Market Knowledge**:Familiarity with the retail landscapes in both Singapore and Malaysia, including market-specific customer preferences and industry trends.

**Leadership Skills**:Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with experience in developing retail talent and improving team performance.

**Communication**:Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.

**Flexibility**:Willingness to travel between Singapore and Malaysia as needed to support training initiatives in both markets.
