We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Retail Training, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge training solutions that enhance the capabilities of our retail teams worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop engaging training content for new product launches
• Collaborate with eLearning design partners and the Dyson Learning Management System (LMS) team to create high-quality digital training modules
• Oversee content localization and translation to ensure materials are regionally relevant while maintaining Dyson's brand and training standards
• Work with market teams to drive deployment and adoption of training materials
Requirements:
• Good understanding of training principles, methodology, and evaluation frameworks
• Experience working in a retail environment, ideally globally
• Solid experience designing blended training curriculum
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools for training content creation, localization, and digital content enhancement is a strong advantage
• An understanding of Adult Learning Theories/Generation learning styles
• Preferably a CIPD qualification (e.g., Level 3 Foundation Certificate, Level 3 QCF, Level 5 Intermediate Certificate, or Level 5 QCF)
