Retail Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Retail Training Specialist to join our team in Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for developing others and delivering engaging training sessions.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a professional with experience in retail training, ideally within the luxury sector. You will be responsible for delivering refresher and mini training sessions for internal and external boutiques, both in-person and virtually.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver Engaging Training Sessions: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to various learning styles, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Conduct Boutique Visits: Regularly visit boutiques to observe operations, provide on-the-ground coaching, and reinforce application of training principles.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager: Work closely with the Training Manager to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics.
  • Provide Progress Updates: Offer consistent updates to the Training Manager on training progress, including attendance, completion rates, and key milestones.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate records of employee training activities, certifications, and development achievements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Proven track record in retail training, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Diploma in Retail Management: A relevant diploma or degree in retail management, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent presentation, public speaking, and communication skills to engage audiences and convey complex information effectively.
