- Salary: up to $6,000
- 5 days week
- Must have experience in Retail training

**Directives for Training Department**
- Create training programmes in line with annual HR plans
- Identify, propose and execute
- Improvement plans for the department
- Improvement plans for individual training personnel and for the training team
- Annual total training action plan

**Human Resource Development**
- Develop all training programmes
- Review and improve current all training programmes as well as create new
- programmes that in line with industry business needs for both Retail & Corporate Employees
- Work together with internal and external business partners to develop and execute retail training programs with priority given to retail and service productivity improvements
- Provide and develop motivated team through employee engagement activities, best practice sharing among stores, act as a role model for team members and build up the positive team attitude towards

**Training Budget**
- Plan, maintain and manage training budgets effectively to facilitate training execution
- Ensure ROI inline with business needs as directive for all training

**Training Administration**
- Coordinate training with Brand Trainers and for Changi Airport Group training (for retail)
- Manage and plan monthly training calendar
- Regularly audit and check our operation process and service level
- Plan and organize skills development programs to support recruitment, development, coaching within annual training budget
- Monitor and track the progress of staff in the relevant areas trained and evaluate effectiveness of training
- Identify training needs based on business development
- Build up training system/database, and work out on master training plan
- Collect and consolidate the training results/feedbacks for follow up action plans

**Ad
- Hoc**
- Partner with Customer Service to work on retail Customer Service improvements
- Partner with Recreation Club to create indirect learnings through Company events
- Ad-hoc Reporting
- Any other Training related tasks allocated by HR Director.

**REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES**:

- Minimum 5 years' professional training experience in retail industry
- Diploma/Degree in Business administration or equivalent
- Outgoing; detail conscious; creative and a team leader
- Experience in multi brand beauty retail an added advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
- High proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills
- Business orientation and ability to integrate training to work processes
- Experience in designing and delivering training courses
- Strength in Field Coaching, Adult learning and Retail 101
