About the job**
We want to fill this position with an extremely commercial enthusiast who shares our vision of “creating a better everyday life for the many people”. You will be key in driving process improvements in both core and supporting retail processes that provide a better customer experience and/or higher operational effectiveness.
**Your assignment**
- Take the lead in developing and promoting lean, simple, and effective ways of working together with relevant Process Owners.
- Establish the business process management framework and maintain process hierarchy, governance framework and process modelling guidelines applicable across Ikano Retail.
- Secure together with process owners, an accessible, up-to-date, standardised and comprehensible documentation of retail processes and standard operating procedures.
- Develop guidelines for process improvement initiatives, recommend communication and change management approach in relation to changes to retail processes and drive the implementation of an organisation-wide continuous process improvement program.
- Identify proactively improvement potentials through process mapping, internally analysing processes, rules, SOPs and process interdependencies to spot redundancies, complexities, inefficiencies, and automation potentials while keeping up to date on best practices in the retail sector by active research and networking.
- Oversee/support implementation of process improvements together with Process Owners.
- Chair and organise the Ikano Retail Process forum.
- Lead a team of highly competent retail solution specialists in securing process and system compliance through an effective super user network, aiming to deliver business needs with a focus on customer experience, sales growth, and co-worker efficiency on a global level.
- Lead the development of process performance metrics in line with organisational goals, to identify improvement opportunities for more process compliance and effectiveness.
- Maximise sharing of best practices in terms of process effectiveness.

- Good knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience in Project Management.

- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Extensive facilitation and communication skills.
