Strategic Client Partner

Establish a partner-relationship with clients by being involved in the business environment
- Manage clients' requests and ownership of commercial relationship to ensure growth and healthy profit of the account
- Establish connectivity with global, regional and local teams and serve as connective tissue between global and local market teams
- Drive thought leadership for the industry sector
- Look for business development opportunities to grow the business and add value by introducing relevant practices and capabilities to support the client’s strategic agenda.
- Work closely in support of the media operations lead on all operational and network matters
- Drive collaboration through integrated working with our own data and technology teams.
- Ensure local adoption and adherence to global reporting tools, naming taxonomies and OS systems
- Ensure media deliverables are met on time and within budget and align with clients’ objectives
- Able to leverage Publicis Groupe resources to drive network operations
- Establish effective working relationships with all parties and act as first line of issue escalation; manage the resolution of issues as they arise
- Serve as first level coach and manager to the digital hub team and support their knowledge of agency, client, vendor and industry basics as well as their overall skill development.
- Make sure all the campaign schedules to be signed before ad booking and necessary financial document (PE/PO/EO) delivered to project manager for invoicing process (or supervise planner to deliver so)
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 years media planning experience required
- Experienced in managing global and/or regional accounts
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working on Global Network Clients either at a global or regional level
- Fast learner, logical thinker & problem solver
- Responsible and with “can do” attitude to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure
- Adaptive, flexible and able to work with and influence people from different backgrounds and cultures
- Expert on the digital ecosystem
- Familiar with the timelines, processes and needs of the implementation of all media
- Knowledgeable about new approaches to and developments in digital tactical planning (social and mobile included)
- Technical proficiency, particularly with media systems and MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Integrate understanding into the work to make decisions on the business
- Understand the client's business needs by comprehending the history of the brand and what the client aspires to be. Understand the client's strategic intent and implications for building the client's business
