Citi APAC has embarked on an ambitious and exciting path which has led to a significant shift in strategy. To support our strategic repositioning and to enable seamless coordination across markets with shared trends and client needs, two APAC clusters were announced earlier this year - North & East Asia (NEA) Cluster and South Asia & ASEAN (SAA) Cluster. As the SAA Cluster & Singapore CFO, you will lead the Finance organization for the cluster across FP&A, controller, Treasury & Tax organizations and provide insights and challenge to ensure business leaders develop, agree and deliver on these ambitious, strategically aligned and financially disciplined plans.

The Cluster CFO plays a key business advisory role supporting decision making at a senior level, highlighting key financial issues and risks to be considered. Develops medium
- to long-term plans and provides input into strategic decisions affecting the business within the cluster. Full management responsibility of the CFO teams of the constituent countries in addition to the newly created Cluster FP&A teams.

The role will report directly to the Asia Regional CFO and will be part of the Asia Finance Leadership team, in addition to being part of the Cluster Leadership. A key responsibility for the role is to lead and develop the Cluster Finance team by enabling achievement of business and firm-wide objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team managing all Financial processes including strong engagement with Cluster and Country leadership and Regional Finance teams and assist in administering the full spectrum of Financial functional disciplines across the cluster
- Leads all Finance activities required for Local Regulatory Processes such as capital stress testing, local ICAAP etc.
- Lead Finance activities required to support the local Boards within the cluster countries
- Contributes to deploying and measuring business contingency plans and representing Citi Finance internally and externally.
- Provide financial metrics, analysis and variance analysis into business reviews with Cluster Heads and country CCOs within the cluster
- Drive Risk & Control agenda including data accuracy and identify, assess and escalate risks

**Profile**:

- Previous experience in banking, finance, strategy and planning, with 15+ years of experience
- Strong project management experience to drive various initiatives to completion
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Willingness to work / thrive in a pressured environment with tight deadlines
- Multi-tasking skills with efficiently prioritizing various conflicts and interests
- Proactive professional approach while actively seeking new assignments and delivering out-of-the-box results
- Independent thinker, with a strong will to develop and improve by challenging status quo
- Ability to build strong relationships and interact at all levels in the organization
- Proven adaptability to learn quickly and experience to work with various ethnic groups from diverse background and cultures
