As a Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth in South Asia by identifying and closing new business opportunities across aviation and rail OEM, refurbishment, and repair markets.
- Proactively identify and close new business opportunities across the region.
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation and client presentations to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Act as a true hunter targeting and acquiring new accounts in a competitive region.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders to establish long-term strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute a clear territory growth strategy, aligning business goals with customer needs to maximize market share.
The successful applicant will have:
- A proven track record of winning new business in technical or industrial markets.
- 5 years of outside sales experience including 2 years in international markets, ideally with exposure to South Asia, especially India.
- Skilled in building relationships at all levels and have the strategic mindset to develop long-term growth plans while achieving short-term results.
