Business Growth Strategist – South East Asia (Time & Synchronization)
Join a dynamic team as a Business Growth Strategist in South East Asia to drive growth of time synchronization solutions across telecom, defense, government, aerospace, and enterprise markets.
As a key member of our APAC team, you will lead business development efforts to secure large-scale and innovative projects, build and manage strong relationships with Value-Added Resellers (VARs), launch new products, and develop strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies to expand market presence
- Build and maintain a strong network of VARs and partners
- Launch new products and deliver customer trials to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with APAC and HQ teams to achieve regional growth objectives
Requirements:
- 10+ years of international sales/business development experience in target sectors
- Proven track record in achieving revenue goals and managing partners
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English; any Asean language proficiency a bonus
- Willingness to travel in the region
