**About the role**
As the **Business Development**at **SBM Management Services Pte Ltd**, you will play a vital role in spearheading growth initiatives and expanding market opportunities. This position focuses on developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business prospects, and driving revenue generation to support the organization's long-term success.'
**What you'll be doing**
- Generate and qualify leads
- Identify, cultivate, and expand client referral opportunities to drive business growth.
- Develop sales presentations and proposals
- Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development
- Prepare sales action plans and conduct direct marketing activities
- Follow up on all sales activity to ensure compliance with contract specifications
- Track, analyze, and report on sales activities while ensuring timely follow-ups for management oversight.
- Develop customer relationships and deliver sales presentation
- Create prospect lists and secure RFPs
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring exceptional sales support and sustained business growth.
- Safeguard the organization's credibility by ensuring strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Manage and execute ad-hoc business development projects with efficiency and strategic focus.
- Other duties as assigned
