We are looking for a passionate and professional Assistant Officer to join our Customer Support team.

However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is in operations or in customer care, we want to talk to you.

**What You’ll Do**
- You will carry out day-to-day operational workflows and tasks for Singapore Pools’ Account (SPA) and Self-service betting card (SSBK) onboarding and maintenance services.
- You will perform accurate and timely update with the objective of delivering professional services to internal and external customers within SLA and in accordance with policies, procedures and service standards.
- You will collaborate with internal teams for delivery of customer-facing services and communications as well as backend records update and AML-related requests.

**Who You Are**
- You will need at least a 'A' level or Diploma cert.
- You will need at least 3 years of experience in operations/planning/customer service and support.
- You should be an organised and meticulous person.
- You will need to be proficient in spoken English and Mandarin.
- You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- You should have good interpersonal and communication skills.

Singapore Pools was established by the Government on 23 May 1968 to provide safe and trusted betting to counter illegal gambling. As a not-for-profit organisation, all of Singapore Pools’ surplus is channeled to Tote Board to fund a wide range of causes in social service, community development, sports, the arts, education and health. Currently, Singapore Pools contributes about $2 billion annually to the Government in the form of taxes and duties, and for the funding of good causes.
