As a Sales Engineer, you are empowered to sell to business and IT leaders in all industries, and take ownership in crafting customer-centric solutions. You will work alongside the account team to define and expand revenue opportunities, and ensure the platform is ready for cross-departmental deployments. You also act as a critical liaison between Sales and Product; sharing customer feedback with the Product Management, Operations and Engineering functions at FullStory.
Our highest performers have front-end web development experience and are capable of leading presentations related to technical architecture, product configuration and privacy.
Reporting to the Sales Engineering Manager, you will be the second on the ground Sales Engineer in Singapore. Focusing on supporting our Mid-Market and Enterprise clients across the APAC territories.
**In a typical day, you might**:
- Foster a spirit of collaboration between Sales Engineers and Sales teams by providing guidance on sales strategies and the technical approach for the opportunity.
- Communicate with medium to large size organizations across a range of industries to understand their challenges and goals through focused discovery sessions and onsite workshops.
- Communicate and strategize cross-functionally to drive success and attain revenue goals.
- Manage and work alongside prospective customers during proof-of-concepts and trials.
- Consult with customers and prospects to make targeted recommendations on how FullStory can enhance their products and services.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision makers across business and IT functions.
**Here’s what we’re looking for**:
- Experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or solutions consulting in the SaaS industry with experience with value-based selling and/or solution selling concepts.
- Experience working on deal sizes of 100k and supporting an average deal size of 50k.
- Experience making data useful for end users or customers by building dashboards in business intelligence or web analytics tools. (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI)
- Experience with Front-end web frameworks and technologies like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success.

- Partner with account executives to provide technical coverage for their active sales cycles.
**The impact you will have in 12 months**
- Alongside your fellow SE, you will create structure and more formal process around the GTM strategy in the APAC region.
