We're on the hunt for a senior leader in Engineering & Development to drive large-scale mission-critical infrastructure projects across Southeast Asia.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading a team of specialists to design, develop, and deliver next-gen infrastructure across greenfield and brownfield projects.
  • Driving site selection, feasibility studies, and full project execution — from concept to commissioning.
  • Bringing engineering innovation to life — from energy-efficient systems to scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Partnering with consultants across architecture, M&E, and sustainability to deliver world-class infrastructure.
  • Owning project success from a technical, commercial, and operational perspective.
  • Building and mentoring high-performing teams while collaborating with stakeholders across product, finance, and operations.

What You Bring:

  • 15+ years of experience in Engineering, with at least 10 years in mission-critical infrastructure (data centres, large-scale industrial, or telecom-grade facilities).
  • A strategic mindset and strong technical chops in M&E design, utilities, and project leadership.
  • A passion for sustainable engineering, fault-tolerant systems, and driving efficiency metrics (PUE, WUE, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to navigate both the boardroom and the project site.
