The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- Overall responsible for the daily activities in the entire hub inclusive of parcels and sorting activities of the warehouse
- Develop systems to assign parcels to drivers and define districts appropriately to maximize productivity
- Develop driver collection schedules and SOP to increase efficiency together with Fleet Ops Lead.
- Meet operational SLAs by problem solving and employee coaching/training
- On-site coordinate external contractors and internal teams to ensure operational safety and accuracy with the safety team
- Analyze the effectiveness of operations and identify ways to optimize costs

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
- Able to independently lead operational team on-site, engage in discussions with various internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work in either east or west part of Singapore (depending of the location of the Warehouse)
