DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationSingaporeThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- Receive of parcels in gunny bags or pallets and ensure that quantities received tally with delivery orders
- Scan incoming parcels (inbound)
- Carry out sorting activities in centre
- Perform scanning tasks as assigned
- Conduct On-Job-Training (OJT) for new hires on the hub standards and processes
- Report to Distribution Centre team lead

**Requirements**:

- Good attitude
- Comfortable handling computer or PDA
- Physically fit
- Able to work for night shift where necessary
- Able to commit to 6 days a week
- Fast learner, comfortable with fast-pace environment
- 5.5 working days: Monday - Saturday (alternate weekends): 10am - 7pm
