DepartmentMarketing- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationSingaporeThe Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualising and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. - Develop end-to-end planning, creative development, and execution of brand marketing campaigns for Shopee Mall brands, including new brand launches, thematic campaigns, Super Brand Day, and Brands Festival
- Conceptualise, develop, and execute marketing campaigns for Shopee Mall brands under the beauty category
- Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders, including external stakeholders (brands) and internal stakeholders (e.g. Business Intelligence, other Marketing teams) to create and optimise campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance, conduct competitor research, and provide recommendations to improve daily performance and contributions from the team
- Keep abreast of digital & social trends on social media, e-commerce, digital marketing and industry developments, and leverage these trends and developments to optimise campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Experience leading a team to achieve business goals
- Excellent command of English, good communication (verbal and written) skills
- Good analytical skills, with experience developing marketing campaign strategies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders from across levels and functions
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment
