**Partners & Alliances Manager **has the following responsibilities**:
- Develop partner strategy and business plan with key partners to drive business, and innovation goals
- Orchestrate execution of partner business plan across SEB incl. Sales, Pre-sales, PMM, GD, Product and Engineering
- Lead Business Review meetings involving senior execs from SEB and Partners for joint performance review against key metrics
- Nurture, organise and support joint GTM marketing activities and programs with partners
- Define and execute a partner governance framework that includes alignment, execution, and performance, that facilitates and leads to effective partnerships
- Supervise the alignment of training, development and accreditation needs from stakeholders (Sales, Pre-sales, Product, Delivery) with offerings and opportunities from Partners that align with SEB targets to maintain competitiveness in serving and meeting customer service obligations
- Understand the market needs, keep abreast of technology developments/trends and competitive situation
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or Engineering degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development or Channel Sales experience, at large organisations or innovative start-ups
- Wide knowledge in business and technology in >10 ICT technology partners services/solutions
- Good understanding of key IT technologies and service offerings and business models
- Proven track record of success in program, initiatives, and execution roles with cross-function teams
- Relevant experience in understanding the various business goals and requirements to steer and position the partnership conversation to drive a business goal and/or positive outcome with the stakeholders
- Ability to engage and build effective partnerships with Senior Executives from Partners
- Basic legal and contract management knowledge and skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and program management
