**What the role is**
- You will be part of the team that is responsible for developing arts infrastructure frameworks in partnership with key government agencies to diversify spaces for the arts in Singapore and work with venue owners to integrate the arts into the Civic District and Bras Basah Bugis precincts.

**What you will be working on**
- Provide infra project support particularly in processing procurement, documentation upkeep and secretariat duties for project meetings
- Provide support to the team in contract management, preparation of tenders, project schedules and budgets and maintaining contractual record, liaison with Vital in the publishing of tender opportunities and related documentations
- Provide administrative support to the department’s budgetary management and reporting
- Secretariat duties for the infra project
- Provide support to strengthen contract variations process
- Assist with other ad hoc tasks assigned

**What we are looking for**
- Good Degree in Business Administration / Project Management/Construction Management, Real Estate, or equivalent field.
- At least 2 years of experience in project/contract management in development projects.
- Experience in public sector development projects would be advantageous.
- Well versed in government procurement instruction manual with hands-on experience.
- An interest in the arts will be advantageous as well.
- Experience in public sector procurement process.
- Independent, meticulous and detail oriented.
- Proactive thinking when executing tasks.
- Good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and strength in co-ordination meetings, tasks and work assigned.
