Healthy Precinct Development Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Healthy Precinct Development Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in the development of healthy precincts in the Western Region of Singapore, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve health-social integration.

About the Role:

  • Support the planning and operationalization of Health Precincts concept to achieve health-social integration with internal and community stakeholders
  • Develop and implement community health plans for the precincts under your care, emphasizing preventive health and social-health integration
  • Track and review progress on implementation of community health plans for different focus areas
  • Engage and build partnerships with internal and community stakeholders, such as grassroots organizations, social service agencies, and healthcare providers, to promote healthy lifestyles and integrated care across settings

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Able to think critically and solve problems effectively
  • Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
