Job Opportunity: Healthy Precinct Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Healthy Precinct Planning Specialist.

This role is responsible for driving precinct planning efforts to support the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives to enhance the delivery of community care and improve population health in the Western Region.

The incumbent will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to track progress, develop framework elements, and lead in the development of Healthy Precincts. Additionally, they will provide data insights and analysis to support the implementation of Community Health Plans.

  • Track progress of Healthy Precinct projects for Western Region.
  • Develop Healthy Precinct framework elements through close collaboration with respective leads.
  • Lead in the development of Healthy Precincts with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide data insights and analysis to support the implementation of Community Health Plans.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in any discipline and at least 5-8 years of relevant working experience. Experience in the Singapore healthcare system and/or knowledge of integrated care models will be advantageous.

Key skills required include critical thinking, strategic planning, project management, organizational skills, attention to detail, written and verbal communication abilities, and a pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
