Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Healthy Precincts Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be involved in the development of healthy precincts in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders and partners.

A Healthy Precinct is a geographical location with an environment and culture that supports residents to achieve and sustain healthy lifestyles.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting in planning and operationalising the Health Precincts concept to achieve health-social integration with internal and community stakeholders.
  • Developing and operationalising plans to empower the community to take care of their health.
  • Tracking and reviewing progress on the implementation of the community health plan for different focus areas.
  • Engaging and building partnerships with internal and community stakeholders, e.g., grassroots organisations, social service agencies, and healthcare providers.

Additionally, the successful candidate will perform secretariat work for meetings and undertake any other duties, projects, or assignments as directed by the Reporting Officer and/or HOD.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Strong planning, project management, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
  • Resourcefulness in problem-solving and resilience in overcoming challenges.
