Job Responsibilities:
1) Support in planning and operationalising of Health Precincts and community care team concept to achieve health-social integration with internal and community stakeholders.
2) Track progress of workplans and workstreams on Healthy Precincts.

3) Support in developing and operationalising plan to empower community to take care of their health.

4) Support in creating community culture to drive behavior towards leading a healthy lifestyle and emphasis on preventive care with community stakeholders.

Secretariat support for team, management and stakeholders meetings.
5) Coordinate meeting schedules and materials, prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on matters arising.
6) Support in strategic planning and administrative function of the division.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in healthcare or business related fields
- At least 2 years working experience
- Good writing skill
- Good communication skill
- Excellent interpersonal skill
